Having lots of fun with the Wolfe-thing today. The more obtuse he gets, the better to show what he doesn't do best--back up his position(s).
 
Clown was even dumb enough to point to a website that exposes him at what he does! How about that.
 
"In easily verifiable claims, the person initiating the claim normally assumes the burden of proof. Not doing so, however, should probably not be considered a fallacy.
 
**The fallacy occurs whenever someone shifts the burden of proof to avoid the difficulty of substantiating a claim which would be very difficult to support.**"
 
That last sentence is great, and I have a new sig. Who'd have thought a kook would give it to me?
