Subject: Where is the Hickman Report?

Could be just a temporary problem but....
The Hickman Report seems to be "off the air". The URL just
gives you the generic Prodigy Web Host page, not our beloved
report.
Using View|Source, I see that Hickman is using MyDomain.com for
DNS- if that site is down, then perhaps that is what is causing
the outage.
Or maybe it is down because Hickman is re-writing history yet
again so he can "explain" his absence from the Jery Pippen Show.
In any case, this is a Stay Tuned story!

I just did a trace route on his domain, and it goes to mydomain.com without
any error, so mydomain.com seems to be working. It appears that either he
pulled his site, or that Prodigy pulled it. It will be interesting to see
if it goes back up or not.

I also notice that he's turned off the ability to browse the message
archives on his Yahoo egroup. Perhaps he had second thoughts after posting

Well, now we know the reason our favorite kook page was down
this afternoon- He's got a whole new look! Complete with a
fancy Shockwave intro. Wow!
Of course, the content is the same old crap, so despite the
fancy new garp, it is still the same old kook site.
There are some changes- most notably is that his claim to have
"exposed" the Lawton Hoax is gone. In its place is a short "how-
to" on exposing UFO hoaxs (...giggle!). "And the idiots shall
teach the clueless".
I will say this, though, it does load a bit faster- at least you
can read the text while the endless banners and other crap are
are loading. And it does look better. His last shite not only
factually crap, but looked terrible as well.

If you want to hear the Greer interview, it's now online at the Disclosure Project site.
If you missed the exchange that I had with Greer, this is a great example of how the con operates; note the apparent willing collusion with the New Age hosts acting to suppress my attempts to continue hammering on Greer. (They freely admit later in the broadcast that they are on Greer's side.)
Also note something very interesting: Greer 'vanishes' for a moment, then suddenly an alleged witness calls in to try and challenge ME. After they hang up on me, the program proceeds according to the kook agenda of Greer.
If you can stomach listening to the whole thing, you'll also see where Robert Wolfe got ALL his drivel involving the DP AND Bearden, since Greer starts promoting 'suppressed tech' as the answer to world crisis, as well.
There's more, but suffice it to say this con-man touches all the bases here.

understand the logic of this tactic, it does make him look rather silly.
This group is also behind the recent "Col. Wilson is alive" emails that
did nothing but harass a woman who had nothing to do with any of this.
That poor woman is beside herself in fear.
I have tried contacting his ISP to no avail, I have contacted the local
police, they can't help. I hope it doesn't have to come down to me
having to take personal action as that is a last resort that I will use-
if forced into it.
I hope I can get the support of the UFO community as a whole and we as a
group can come up with an answer to this major problem, so this kind of
thing doesn't happen to each of you next...
I'm sure that "carl" will post this on one of his little usenet groups
and cause me further grief for exposing him.

I find it more than just a little ironic that your motto is To Truth & Advancement, yet you are more than willing to join Jim Hickman's little Crusade without hearing both sides of the story first.
First of all, Jim isn't being harassed. He made several claims in a public forum, and I challenged the accuracy of those claims. Does simply challenging any claim made by UFOlogists in a public forum constitute harassment in the world of UFOlogy?
Jim claimed on his web site that he proved that the Lawton Triangle was a hoax. The fact is he was alerted to this fact by a message posed by me to several usenet newsgroups. You can read the original message on Bruce Maccabee's web site at http://brumac.8k.com/LawtonTriangle/Lawtontriangle.html and see for yourself if you like.
Jim was then scheduled to be a call-in guest on the Jerry Pippin show. As the show began, they announced that Jim Hickman was going to be their guest, and that he was going to discuss how he proved that the Lawton Triangle was a hoax. I called in and challenged this claim. Jim never called in. Repeated attempts by the hosts to call him resulted in nothing but busy signals.
I emailed Jim and asked why he didn't call in to the show. He claimed that the power was out because of storms, so he was unable to use his cordless phone. There are several problems with this. First of all, had the power been out as he claimed, the hosts of the show would have heard Jim's phone ringing, they would not have heard a busy signal. Yet you could clearly hear a busy signal every time they tried to cal him. Secondly, I called the Elk City Fire Department and asked them if there had been any power or phone service outages on the night in question. Their answer was that there had been no storms, no power outages, and no phone service outages.
We often hear UFO proponents bemoaning supposed government cover-ups and conspiracies, yet what do we have here? UFO proponents seeking ways to silence their critics, even with violence if necessary. Pretty sad and pathetic if you ask me.
So much for "Truth & Advancement", eh? Perhaps you should consider changing it to "Silence the Unbeliever"?

It has now become a issue that we all must now face as a group. I hope
the entire UFO community stands behind me on this issue. I for one
refuse to stand by and let this continue.

using a name of Carl Wilson seems to run it and has taken a personal
likening to me, and he is now stalking my every move.

Btw, this is the same person who wasted hours of my (and Dr. Maccabee's)
investigative time on the so-called "lawton ufo case" which "carl"
(using a false name) came to me for help, and when I get him the best
expert help in the field "carl" declares the case to be a hoax!. I don't
understand the logic of this tactic, it does make him look rather silly.
This group is also behind the recent "Col. Wilson is alive" emails that
did nothing but harass a woman who had nothing to do with any of this.
That poor woman is beside herself in fear.
I have tried contacting his ISP to no avail, I have contacted the local
police, they can't help. I hope it doesn't have to come down to me
having to take personal action as that is a last resort that I will use-
if forced into it.
I hope I can get the support of the UFO community as a whole and we as a
group can come up with an answer to this major problem, so this kind of
thing doesn't happen to each of you next...
I'm sure that "carl" will post this on one of his little usenet groups
and cause me further grief for exposing him.

Looks like our Robert is trying to branch out into an new field of Kookery...surprised no one has pointed out to him that Greer was teaching people how to wave down saucers using flashlights and telepathy..for a price, of course. Darn. I have another commitment tonight, so I'll be missing this.
If you can stand a recommendation, DON'T alert the show hosts that you will
be calling in, or why. That's what I did with Greer this past Sunday, and
got through. Be careful what you say to the screener; they can block you
handily from getting through if they don't like what their hearing.
Be sure to get any documentation of your side of it out on the air (dates,
urls, etc.) as early into the call as possible, in case the hosts cut you
off (as happened to me on Contact Radio). That way the material is out there
to be seen by those who want to look--and Hickman cannot deny its' existence
or the true timeline involved.
Apologies if this has all already occurred to you, Carl--I just want to see
this clown get what he deserves for bilking the credulous. BTW, if he touts
his connection to the new "In Search Of..." SciFi Channel program, see if
they give a url to the new show. I'm still unable to locate a way to contact
the producers about Hickman.
